Alvin Williams

Alvin Williams is a highly accomplished visionary executive with proven success in motivational leadership, fiscal oversight and strategic planning that is applicable in non-profit, lobbying and corporate government relations’ settings. Williams is the President and CEO of Black America’s Political Action Committee and founder of NADIK Consulting. He leverages his extensive experience by effectively translating strategic business and policy needs into realistic tactical goals on the local, state and federal levels. Williams also works on initiating and facilitating various programs/activities for a diverse client base, as well as implementing outreach activities that highlight and address client issues, while leveraging the expertise of stakeholders for sustainable solutions.

Additionally, Mr. Williams has employed his communication ability to advocate socio-economic and political policies/initiatives through editorials in over 125 news outlets nationwide. As well as engaging target audiences on initiatives/policies with numerous appearances as a guest commentator on television news shows, including Nightline, BET News with Ed Gordon, CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, Fox News with Brit Hume and MSNBC’s Equal Time. He is knowledgeable of and responsive to the cultural nuances of the world, with proven ability to effectively communicate organizational mission to a diverse audience.

On the international political stage, Mr. Williams has served an international participant at the United Nations’ African Development Forum (Ethiopia); Qatari Conference on Democracy and Free Trade (Doha, Qatar). Additionally, he served as an observer with the International Republican Institute (observing the Croatian Parliamentary Elections & the Nigerian Presidential and Gubernatorial Elections). Serving as a mission leader with the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), Williams led a delegation of political leaders to Argentina and Uruguay; and served as a Delegate for to South Africa. Williams has been listed as the one of the “RISING STAR” AND TOP POLITICAL LEADER by Campaigns and Elections Magazine; and serves on the board of Black Alliance for Education for educational Options, The National Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Fund for American Studies.
